HBG Design is seeking a skilled Architectural Professional who can actively contribute to the delivery of engaging design experiences for our national and international clients. You will be responsible for leading and teaching junior level staff, while impacting the delivery of exceptional project documentation. Our architecture and interior design teams focus their passions in a collaborative, open studio environment that promotes engagement, generates synergy and positively impacts our project solutions.

HBG Design is seeking a skilled Architectural Professional who can actively contribute to the delivery of engaging design experiences for our national clients. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Four (4) or five (5) year Architecture degree
  • Licensed or actively pursuing licensure
  • 5-15 years’ experience preferably within Hospitality, Entertainment, and/or Gaming Industry projects
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to architectural design by the caliber of projects in resume as well as specific design contributions made to projects
  • Ability to collaboratively resolve complex technical / design issues with team to produce innovative solutions 
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior level staff on the project teams 
  • Proficient in Revit, Experienced in Sketch-up, Photoshop, 3D software
  • LEED Accreditation is preferred
